Filidarte, an Italian group specialized in high-quality spinning, has acquired the majority of Servizi e Seta, further strengthening its position in the high-end yarn sector. Founded in 2022 by Egi–Ethica Global Investments, the company already controls Lanificio dell’Olivo and Manifattura Sesia.
